Good, but too short

The song sounds quite funny and the animation is good as well. Especially the lip syncing is done very nicely.

Too bad the flash is so short, though.
I can see you put a lot of effort into this short animation, but for me, the viewer it is just too short. If you could expand this animation a bit more I'm sure you would get much higher scores.

Nice

A good flash, with some very nice scenes. I especially liked Coop as an "overdressed" english gentleman. ^^
Too bad the audio was so much out of sync in his part.

I liked the links to the nominations in the videos, this should give the artists some more exposure.

Sometimes the popups stating which category the following video is about was gone too fast. Maybe a title screen would have worked better here.

Well well, I'm glad I reviewed the submissions in the order I did, because now I can see a very nice learning curve. The first flash was pretty rough, the second was a bit better and this is again better than the second one.

Most of the scenes here have a pretty good drawing style. There's still room for improvement (for example you should try to make the outer lines of the characters a bit thinner), but compared to the first music video you improved quite a lot already.

You should also try to work a bit on the lip syncing, because it didn't look that good, especially on the scene where the cowboy holds up the stone while singing "we will rock you".

I'm not really sure what I should think of the different styles in this video. The madness scenes fit quite well into the flash, but on the other hand it looks a bit like this video was thrown together really quickly and you simply took scenes from other flashes you are working on.
But on the other hand again it shows that you are able to work with and draw in different styles, which is a good thing, as it broadens your horizon as an artist. :)

It's nice that the pictures follow the lyrics of the song. Sometimes there are quite some funny pictures in here (for example the pic for the line "boring location" was pretty good).

Also I think the drawings offer the same quality most of the time (except for a few stick figures here and there) which looks a lot better in my opinion.

The song is nice, the animations are very random and quite rough sometimes.

The drawing style is also very sloppy and the quality of the drawings a very different each picture. At one time we see some pretty good drawn angel-like characters, the next scene is two very badly drawn stick figures moving around in front of a flashing background.

You should try to put only drawings in this piece that offer the same quality, or else it looks just too weird.

Yes this is because we made small clips and then we added the sound and the clips together so, most of them are different on quality

Story becomes clearer

YAY, more colours!

It's nice that you introduced some more colours into this piece. And it was even so subtle that I only realized that something was different, but I couldn't really tell what it was. Then I noticed the green colours. :)

The story begins to become clearer now, which is nice. I also learn to distinguish the characters in the story, which also helps a lot to understand what is going on, heh.

However, in the lower right corner there was some overlay from Newgrounds. I guess it is part of the ad system, but it didn't seem to work properly for me. There was an overlay the whole time, reaching a bit into the panel and even covering one word in one panel (luckily, it was only the name "Colin", so nothing too important missed here)..
I don't know if this was just happening for me or if it does happen for others as well, but it might be worth to have a look at the ads system again.

Hmmm

Well, those loops get boring pretty fast, but at least you had a decent animation going along with it. There's quite a lot of stuff happening in the for- and background, so at leat you put some effort into this flash.

However, as the loop is pretty short and the lyrics of the song contain nothing but "frozen banana" and "bo bo bo bo" it gets boring quickly.
And I also think you could've left the subtitles out as there wasn't anything that was crucial to understand the plot of the flash. ^^

Decent

I think this is a decent flash. The basics are there: A story, some nice drawings, and the animations looked good as well.

But I think you need to work on the pacing a bit more. The beginning and the end scene where a bit too long for my linking.

Sure, the beginning of the flash showing the same thing over and over again is part of the story. But you could try to put some variations in there as well. Maybe cars passing by, the guy with the piece of paper in his hand holding something different, or laying something on the guys desk, etc. .

I felt it progressed too slowly at this point.

The ending scene is a bit too long as well. We can see him in the air for quite some time without him really falling. It seems as if he falls in super slowmotion. I think this could be a bit faster as well.

Funny

This flash is quite funny. Fro singing in the menu is really priceless. ^^

The jokes are pretty good and they gave me a good laugh or two. But I think the "laughing scene" where the president and that other guy are laughing is too long. It's funny when they laugh together for some seconds, but that's really enough. No need to drag this scene out for what felt like 5 minutes. >_>

Good

Really good episode this time. It's quite long so we have a lot to read, which is nice.

There are some issues though that bothered me. The scene where Simon is talking with Bateman on the cell phone and then his partner shows up. The change between the panels is too sudden. Maybe you should put in another panel where his partner shows up and witnesses that Simon wants to sell the pictures, it wouldn't be as irritating this way.

Also there where some spelling mistakes in here. It's always annoying to see those in a submission as they could easily be avoided if you proof read the text (or show it to someone else so they could proof read it).

Anyway, this a very good chapter.

Yeah I should proof read my stuff, since almost all the text is drawn out, I tend to make mistakes more often, and sadly I can't spell check that stuff...

So this kind of review is extremely important for those reasons.
