Sounds more like this should be in the Video Game genre. And I don't mean this in a insulting way. I like this track BECAUSE it reminds me of classic video game scores. ;)

I like how varied this song is and what I like even more is that one melody is better than the one before.

Great work!

Thank you very much! I will follow your advice and add it to the video game genre. Then maybe it will get more attention. :D

The ranting about Jason continues... and I don't think you have developed any further. Neither with the way you play the instruments, nor with the way the vocals are done.
All seems to be very random, there's no real structure present here. The guitar player plays some random riffs on his guitar and the vocalist mumbles some random insults into the mic.

Come back when you know how to write songs.

I like that song. The guitars and drums go along very well together. Also the guitar plays some very nice tunes.

The problem is that the single riffs that the guitar plays are only connected very loosely with each other, so that it seems as if there's someone who just wants to show off, instead of play a nice song for the audience.

Also, the ending is too abrupt and there is a lot of static noise in there. Either try to edit the noises out or cut off the whole ending and replace it with something else (maybe end the song with another "Paff!").

This song is all about showing off, hehe :D but thanks for the review!

Nice 8-bit track. I like the dark atmosphere you create with the deep tunes. Almost like in a old horror game.

Later on you add some very spacey sounds, but I don't think they fit into this piece so well. You should remove them and add some sort of bass line there to underline the dark and sinister atmosphere you created in the intro.

This would also fit in the video game category. I like how you made use of that bleep sounds. Reminds me of the old 8-bit days, heh.

I think this could be used in a (retro style) game in a chase scene. The track is high paced and creates the right atmosphere for such a scene.

I can't tell how much I hate Mariah Carey. But I like what you made out of one of her songs. The intro is really great with those overlapping voices and I'm glad to hear that later again in the song.

I also liked the background beat, it fits the vocals very well. Good job!

A great song. The lyrics fit the music very well. I like how the vocals change during the song.
First part is hard and quite heavy, then there is that short intersection with the "Sleep in my tomb"-line and then the vocals get almost "soft" if it wheren't for those backing voices there.

And of course I like the music in here as well. I admire SonOfKirk's work. He's one of the greates metal artists on NG, in my opion. ;)

Thank s very much man. I'm gonna clean these vocals up, ONE more time. I'd like to get them perfect sounding. I'm also a huge fan of sonofkirks. I'm always honored to put vocals over his creations.

Thanks for the awesome review, man\m/

This track has a very nice feel to it.

It's a bit boring at the beginning as there isn't much happening there, but after about one and a half minutes the song builds up very nicely and more melodies set in.

However, there's a bit too little variation throughout the song, makeing it a bit repititve.

Ah , i was afraid of comments like this. ( and i got loads of them so yeah... )
Yes it's repetive, i admit. But i learned alot of this track. It was more of an experiment anyways :).

It sounds a bit weird at the beginning. And it sounds weird in the middle. And at the end, too. ^^

Well, I can't really make up my mind on this song. There are a few dissonant tunes during the intro, and after that, the melodies are thrown together in a wild way (or at least it seems that way), but strangely enough: It works!
