I really like those ambient songs. They create a very good atmosphere and are very relaxing. Your song is no exception from that.

The atomsphere is very dense and the rhythm is good, too. I also like the more "funky" parts towards the end.

I like those old "8-bit"-songs. Most of them are better than most of the "new stuff" ^^.

Only complaint is, that it needs to be longer. It just get's repititive too fast. You could avoid that if it was 3 or 4 minutes long. You then could also add various "creepy" effects in there.

I like the beat of this song, even though it get's a bit repititive after some time.

The intro is done very good, with various effects and even a short fade out after about 15 seconds :) .

I think the drums need some more bass, as they sound rather "weak" compared to the other effects you used here.

Heh, this reminds me a bit of Soulfly. Especially the intro of the song sure sounds like them.
During the verses you sound a bit like Hetflied ^^.

I think you've done a great job with the vocals, they are pretty clear and good sung most of the time. I think you need some more practice on the "clean" parts during the refrain.

The mixing is done very good, everything goes along pretty well. So, good job!

CyriltheWolf responds:

Thank you very much good sir. I do realize that I have a ways to go with the clean vocals.

I do realize that I sound a bit like Hetfield, but lets face it, when you grind its hard not to! I just hope I didn't sound TOO close to Hetfield.

Awesome cover! Played great, mixed great, sound quality is great! Everything is great here! :D

I have nothing to complain about, so 10/10 and 5/5 for you ;) .

It's quite some time ago since I watched the Trigun series, but this song sounds familiar ;) .

It's played very accurate but it needs to be a lot louder, I think. Nevertheless, good work you've done here!

Sonofkirk responds:

Hey Hagard ! Thanks for all your reviews !! I'm glad you liked it. See ya later.

I gave the last version of this 10/10, so there's not much choice left for me here as the song is basically the same, right? ;)

Like Cyberdevil I am not too sure how the last version was, but I think you've done a lot with the beats in the background, as I mostly remember that the last version had a lot piano in it. Ok, this still has a piano as the main instrument, but there's just "more" to it. Now I don't "have" to listen to the piano but I can also concentrate on the things going on in the background here.

Good work!

The start of the song is pretty boring. There's just not enough happening there.

Luckily the song starts to get more interesting around 1:10 but it's still not enough in there to keep me interested, though.
The song just needs to be more diversified. A change in rhythm, some breaks, some more instrument... something along that would definetly help the song.

I think this could be used as a background song for puzzle games, as the song isn't too distracting.
