[Searching in the Wastelands]

Nice song

Very interesting piece. It starts off rather slow, but picks up shortly after the intro.

I like the melodies here. They sound relaxing, yet also a bit suspenseful, indiciating that now may not be the right time at all to sit down and relax.

That wasteland feeling you described in the comments comes to my mind as well. Maybe it's because of the pounding drums in the background that create this image in mind.

Anyway, very nice song!

Medieval

Some very nice melodies in here although the background melodies could be tad bit louder.

Anyway, the atmosphere created by this song is very medieval, which is think sounds pretty cool. I haven't seen Avatar yet (and I doubt I will see it in the near future), so I don't know how big the influence from the score of that movie is.
But I think the atmosphere in this song really is more medieval than jungle-like. Even though the bongos really give this piece a "jungle-like touch".

Cheerful

A very cheerful tune. I really like the atmosphere you create with the melodies here. The beat is a bit weak, but the rhythm fits very nicely to the melodies.

Towards the end (at around the 2 minutes mark), the main melody gets a bit chaotic. Luckily this doesn't last too long, but I think you should try to replace that bit.

Good try

This is a good first submission. Maybe a tad bit too long, but overall it's still a good song.

The intro could be a bit shorter and maybe you could shorten the song a bit in general. Namely towards the end it gets a bit repetitve. By shortening the track a bit, you could avoid this.

Also, there doesn't seem too much progression in this song. It stays at almost the same "energy level" the whole time. A few dynamics would get rid of this impression or maybe a few quieter parts here and there.

Also the main melody is too much in the background for my liking. It can hardly be heard behind the main beat.

Very good track

Very nice beats you have here. Really sound like a big party going on and a lot of people have a lot of fun.

I also like the intro. I had an image in mind where people are going to lunch and then suddendly one guy starts to dance and then more and more people join him until the party is in full swing (disco balls are hanging from the ceiling and everything... ^^)

The outro is done in a similar way which also sounds very nice.

Nice drums

The beat here is very nice and the sound of the drums is good as well.

The deep bass that can be heard in the background gets a bit annoying after a while. Maybe you should try to change the instrument or cut down a bit on the use of the bass.

The progression of the song is done in a nice way. I like how there are constantly added new things to it, until suddendly the very abrupt yet fitting outro is there.

Great

A very great song. The intro/outro may be a bit weird, but the rest of the song is just awesome.

I really like the atmosphere the song creates, plus the singer has a great voice. :)

While the songwriting itself may not be that overly complex (some simple chords and the song structure is simple as well) it is very effective. I just couldn't stop listening to this. I just sat there and waited until the song was over. And then I listened to it again because it's so awesome, heh.

Well, not much to critizise here, except maybe that you should cut the outro a bit shorter.

I probably will cut the intro and outro noise parts down a bit and I'm thinking of extending the outro drum part by a couple of bars before it fades out.

Good song, bad sound quality

A very nice track. There are some minor errors here and there, but I couldn't play it any better even after a few hundred tries. ;)

However, you really should consider buying a new microphone. The fuzzy noises in the background really disturb the experience while listening to this.

I really like the reverb effect you have on the guitar, it creates a very nice atmosphere..

Sounds nice

This song creates a very laid-back atmosphere, yet at the same time, the atmosphere is full of suspense. This is propably because of the main melody. It only plays very short notes, so it sounds very driving. But the background melodies and beats sound much slower and thus they create a laid-back atmosphere. This is a very interesting mix.

However, the song doesn't develope too much while it plays. I think you should try to move into eihter one direction with this song. Either let it become more and more driving and suspenseful while it plays or concentrate more on the relaxing atmosphere.

[Alien Rampage]

Nice

A pretty good song with a nice storyline. Not too original, but it's always nice to have a little story to an instrumental song.

I like the intro very much, the drums here sound pretty good. The transition to the second part is also done in a nice way. I like the mostly deep sounds here, I think they cover the "kicking ass" part very well.

The second part ended too quickly, though. At first I thought my speakers where broken or the song didn't load properly... you should try to fix that a bit.
I understand that the aliens are supposed to leave quickly, but the second part ends right in the middle of the riff, it seems.

Anyway, the 3rd part is a very nice outro to the song. Not too exiting, but the happy people just have to get a hang on the things again, I guess. ^^
