Nice weather effects

A very interesting song. The intro sounds very sinister with that deep growling sound, almost evil.
But luckily the song gets a lot more relaxing after that, heh.

The high pitched and fast paced melody creates the image of a warm but windy summer day in my mind. The sounds of water indicate that I am standing on or near a cliff (so the title was chosen very well, I guess).

Throughout the song you used some very nice sound effects that create a very nice atmosphere.
And even though the song seems to not change that much during the 7 minutes it plays the song never gets boring. It's very nice to listen to it, it feels very relaxing and it creates some nice images in my mind.

I was going for an anime style atmosphere. But in the middle after the thunder, it becomes sadder, the wind picks up, the rain starts, the sun is gone, hope is still there but first comes the storm, things are bad right after the thunder when the piano plays the sad song, pictures a destroyed childhood town to war, but now new life has started growing and children dreaming up adventures of there own, like the times of old.

Nice song

A pretty nice song. The melodies sound very catchy and even though they don't change too much during the song they don't get repetitive.
I also like the background beat. It sounds very interesting and goes together well with the melodies.
Another thing I like is that the song loops pretty well. Towards the end the song gets a bit quieter and at the start it is back at full volume. This sounds pretty interesting, just as if I would step into a house and I can hear the music only through a closed door, but then I step back out again and I can enjoy the song at full volume again.

Anyway, I still think the song could be a bit more varied. Repetitiveness isn't that big of a problem here, but some changes to the main beats and melodies are always a nice thing.

Funny

Hey, this is a very funny song, I like the fast beat a lot. The drum beat is very simple, but played in this tempo it sounds really cool.

The other instruments don't seem to fit together too much, but this only adds to the funny atmosphere. It's all very weird and crazy and that's what I like about the song.

However, some parts seem to be a bit too loud (at around 40 seconds into the song for example). Or maybe it's just that I don't like the guitar sound too much here.

Beeping sound is annoying

The beeping sound gets really annoying after a while and it repeats the same melody over and over again. The only thing that really changes are the drums, but they only play a very simple beat, so there's nothing here that makes me want to listen to the song again (and again... and again).

So I think you should cut down on the beeping sound and introduce some other sounds instead. Also the drums should play a more varied riff.

Also the intro is kind of weird. I would expect to see and hear that in a flash, but in an audio submission? Feels kinda misplaced here.

Good bass, a little repetitive towards the end

Very nice bass. The deep sound is pretty amazing. I also like how it starts off with the bass tuned all the way down in the intro and then it slowly starts to get more and more bassy until the "main kick" sets in.

The melodies you put in every now and then are pretty nice. They keep the song from getting too repetitive, because the main beat gets a little bit boring towards the end.
I hoped you would let a melody play for longer once you introduced them, instead of only letting them play for a few seconds and then stop them again.
I think the song would sound better if there was a main melody in the second part of the song.

Great

The intro is amazing. It's very intense, even though you only use the piano here. But the sound of it and the melody is so nice. It creates a very good atmosphere. Makes me think of old times, just like you intended (judging from what you wrote in the comments).

Towards the end it gets a bit "wild". Seems almost as if the piano tries to play all the notes it's capable off in a very short amount of time. Sometimes the notes don't sound too good together (at least in my ears), but overall the piece is very good. I just like the first part with the slow piano better.

Thanks, this is one of my best digitally constructed piano piece up till now, its nice you like it and i dont mind you like the latter part less, i was thinking of making my next piano piece alot slower (kindof a trait im getting from my extra piano lessons im getting once every two weeks :) )

This track is loaded with teenage emotions on several days of my life, both my mind back when, the way i was and the way i experienced things, and in some way things i wanted to say in retrospect on it, seeing as then i didnt really treat people with much respect, i was very selfish and rude especially to my niece, so in some way i too said sorry through this track and for the rest.. well to much to explain anyway. Its a good compliment when more people recognice their own oldtimes through it too, thanks for that.

Nice atmosphere

I really like the atmosphere this song creates. It makes me feel uncomfortable, but at the same time I think: "Ah, it could be worse. I can work this out if I just try hard enough!"
So I think this song could be used in a scene where the main character goes through a difficult period in his/her life. At first s/he thinks about just giving in, but then decides to buck up and tries to fight the problems.

Back to the 80s!

Yeah, back to the 80s, that's where this song takes me. The synths in the background just sound so cheesy like they do in most songs from the 80s. ^^

But anyway, it sounds pretty good. Especially the little guitar riff has a nice melody.
The mastering still needs some more work, I think. The guitar riff just stands out too much. It almost seems as if the riff isn't a part of the song, because of the different sound quality. Hard to explain, but the guitar riff sounds as if it was recorded in a small room with a mic while the synths and the drums sound as if they where recorded in a studio (I hope you get what I'm trying to say here ^^).

I was trying to make the e-guitar stand out less already (without pushing it in the background)!

My "mastering techniques" are trial-and-error-based, so they'll never be perfect. Applying the right reeverb to the e-guitars might solve the problem, but it might cause the echoes to "overlap", making it even more loud (damn it)... hmm... I'll try to solve this problem.

Slow intro

The intro is a bit long winded. Maybe you can cut out the first few seconds, because all we get to hear there is some silence.

After the intro the song picks up very nicely. I like the tempo of the song. It is fast paced, yet at the same time the melodies create the feeling of a slow song. Very interesting effect. ^^

Towards the end the song gets a bit repetitive, but I think you can easily fix that by chaning around the main beat and the main melody a bit.

Could be a bit faster

The whole time the song was playing I thought: "It could be a bit faster". So yeah, in my opinion the song should pick up a bit after the intro, in my opinion it would sound better.

But the song has a nice and indeed very spacey atmosphere, which fits nice to your description of the "Space King and his Space Dog", heh.

Also, towards the end the main melody gets a bit repetitive, so I think you should try to add some variations of it into the song.
