This is "Arch Enemy" with "Ravenous", one of my favorite songs. And yes, it's indeed a woman who sings that.
I saw Arch Enemy open for Iron Maiden back in 2005. I'm not fond of the music at all really, but it definitely was an energetic and entertaining show.
