Too short

The animation is simple but effective. The landing part looks quite good and the swallowing of the bird as well. The "fart out the feather"-part is a bit unclear and I didn't realize what was supposed to go on if I hadn't read the script.

However, the animation was too short and I think it would've been better if you showed a bit more. Maybe like how Shroogy gets familiar with the environment and with the bird before he eats him.

The extra-section was a nice addition. It was interesting to read the script because it cleared some things up for me, but I think the text could have been bigger.

Also the buttons need some work. Right now only the text is clickable, but not the space in between the characters. It's quite hard to click the buttons because the font you used has very thin lines. There are tutorials for buttons on NG and I suggest that you read them to create buttons that are more easy to click in the future. ;)

Good flash with a sad ending

A very cute flash. The movements of the cat look very good and I also like the butterfly, even though the flapping of it's wings seem to be a little too slow.

The graphics look very good here and the mixture of 2D and 3D elements looks quite interesting. I also liked the backgrounds very much, they look very good and emphazise this "ideal world" atmosphere that is created in the first part of the flash.

The ending is quite sad, the cat is captured and sold in a pet shop. And in the end (1,000 years later) cats are extinct (hence the title, I guess).

Overall it's a good flash that makes you thinking about life and the environment we live in.

Weird

This one was the weirdest one of your comics so far. But in a good way. Very sick and twisted plot this time.

Still, the art could be a tad bit cleaner. In the second image the TV looks a bit weird, and it's almost a bit hard to even realize it's supposed to be a TV.

I like that you chose differen't musical tracks this time. And again both of them fit very well to the comic, even though both of them create different atmospheres ("Acid Horse" is a bit surreal, while "Don't abuse" creates a more creepy atmosphere).

Well, at the end of this act there are more questions left to be answered than questions that actually have been answered. So I can't wait until you submit the next comic. ^^

It's gets even more fucked up, and bizarre as the story progresses, although it happens in a way where if you look back you can piece together the reasoning behind each action.

Thanks for the review Haggard!

Simple... but funny

A pretty funny flash, even though it's pretty simple. The backgrounds are repeating themselvs over and over again and the drawings in this flash are pretty simple as well (as in, there's not too much detail here, but the drawings are very clear).

The voice acting was pretty good, even though sandwiches main line was "Is that your final answer?" over and over again.

The punchline was pretty good, but I think it would have worked even better if the flash ended with the bus driver just saying "Yes!"
Like this:
Driver: "Time to leave the bus now"
Sandwiches: "Is that your final answer?"
Driver: "YES!"

Anyway, the flash is pretty funny as it is right now as well.

It's a start

Well, while this piece wasn't the best flash I have ever seen it's also far from being the worst I have ever seen.

The graphics are a bit sloppy, but I think with some more work you could easily improve them.
What impressed me the most was the choice of colours you had for this piece. Everything fit really well together (except maybe the green of that one creature) and you even cared about the backgrounds, which is always a plus.

Some more sounds would be nice to have, though. Maybe a screaming sound when the little red creature fell down that cliff, or some sounds when they are walking... and some background music would also be a very good thing to have.

What you need to work the most on are the animations. Right now you mostly used tweens, which doesn't look too realistic.

It's finally here

I remember watching a trailer for Snow Wars some time ago and I'm glad I finally got to watch the whole movie.

It's nice to see a bigger cast in the movie than just Corey and Nick (yes I know there was also a bigger cast in Hay Wars as well, but if my memory doesn't fail me most of your movies feature only Corey and Nick ^^).

The lightening is a hughe problem in this movie, as sometimes the sun shines directly into the camera making it hard to see the characters or their faces as everything just becomes too bright to make out any shapes. But maybe those problems are there due to the compression of the movie.

Also Nick shouldn't have worn a white sweater. While it is realistic to wear something white when you are fighting a war in the snow it made it pretty hard to see him some times during the movie, because his sweater had the same colour as the background.

The action gets a bit hectic sometimes and it's hard to follow who's shooting in which direction, but most of the time it's easy to follow the storyline.

The menu was done in a nice way, I like that we can see some scene from the actual movie in the menu. Gives the impression of a DVD menu, which is pretty nice. The added character bio is a big plus and adds some more depth to the movie.
Also the scene selection is a very good addition, that way it's more easy to watch the favorite scenes again. ^^

Good flash

Very funny flash. I like the voice acting in here very much, even though Mario seems to change his accent sometimes during the play.

The jokes are good, even though the main theme in your flashes seem to be dicks. ^^
Anyway, the lip syncing was done very well and the little animations you had in this piece looked good as well. I especially liked the changes of the camera angle as it brought some life into the whole thing and especially the close ups of Mario (mouth and hat) where a nice addition.

Simple but effective

Graphics are very simple in this one and yet they are very detailed at the same time. You only used very few colours, maybe that's why I thought the graphics look simple, but the guy that walks in looks very detailed, especially the clothes. At first it looks a bit weird how he moves, but maybe that was part of the story as well.

The ending was kinda random, but in a good way. I expected the main character would kill himself with the sword, but you still managed to get something unexpected into the excecution of the punch line.

Soupcat responds:

Well...I don't know if you refer to him weirdly moving as in badly animated, or as a puppet.

Because there are some "bugs" in there. And otherwise....Yeh the intention was to have get to know his body and his movements. So yeh...There you have it.

Thanks for the nice review and all that jazz ^^ You guys rock.

Good

Well, the storylines of all three flashes are a bit weird and random violence seems to be the main motive in all of them.

The sprite movie was done very well, I like how you used the spirtes. It looked quite good how they moved around. Also the speech bubbles where easy to read, the font had a nice size and the text was displayed long enough to read it.

The other two movies seem to be very unfinished, especially the third one. It just ends there on that scene where the random guy is beheaded and that's it.

It's a decent start though, the graphics and animations look good in all three movies, you just have to work a bit on the storylines. ^^

Hmmm

The graphics here looks good most of the time, but the animations are a bit lacking. But this flash isn't about good graphics and top notch animations anyway, it lives from the very disturbing humour.

The excecution of the joke was done pretty well, even though it was quite obvious from the beginning what was going on here (the title is a dead giveaway ^^).

Maybe a short introductionary scene would help the movie. Doesn't have to be that long, maybe just show how Robin gets knocked out and the next thing we see is Batman doing Robin.
